Overview:

• Our home can sleep up to 16 people.  Large home with 3 bedrooms down and a large kids bedroom up.  The home is located just off Scenic Highway 98 in the Villas of Frangista neighborhood.  We are in a cul-de-sac, so the kids have plenty of room to play outside!  There is a neighborhood pool just a short drive to the back of the neighborhood. 

• We are just minutes from some of the nicest beaches in the country.  Every rental includes free use of our private 6 seater Golf Cart!

• You can feel safe in our home because of our constant air & surface sanitization!  We have upgraded our heating and cooling system with a high quality air purification system that constantly monitors and sanitizes the air for your safety and comfort.

Living Space:

• You are welcomed by an open concept living space with a large living and dining space.  Comfy leather couch if you decide to watch TV on the 70" TV in the living room.  Dining space can seat up to 12 comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

• The kitchen has high-end Kitchenaid appliances with french door refrigerator.  We have a Keurig style coffee maker and a brew coffee maker so you can make whatever you prefer for the morning pick-me-up!

• Just outside the kitchen under the bar, we have added a separate ice maker with filtered ice for your favorite beverage or easy to fill a cooler for going to the beach!

• The garage was converted into a large game room with pool table, foosball table, Simpsons mini-Arcade game, as well as another 70" TV with Xbox One S with some family friendly games.  We also have added Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to this account, so there are many titles available to download free!

• The back patio has a gas grill (just bring your own propane), small TV and a comfy sectional as well as Adirondack chairs for lounging after a long day at the beach.  All the beach toys and chairs are next to the back porch and there is an outside shower around the corner for washing off sand before coming home.

Sleeping and Lounging:

• The master bedroom has a King bed with a 65" curved TV and an on-suite bathroom with dual vanities, large tub and separate shower.

• Both additional bedrooms downstairs have Queen beds with 50" TVs.

• Upstairs you will find a kids dream with 2 Full over Full bunkbeds and both beds have twin sized trundle beds underneath.  There is a lounge area upstairs with a futon and 70" TV.  Additionally, there is a full bathroom upstairs.

• All the TVs in our home are smart TVs, so you are welcome to sign in to your own Netflix, Hulu, etc accounts, but please don't forget to log out before you leave or you might find CocoMelon on your favorites!  Additionally, we have high-speed fiber internet with 100Mb service and DirecTV stream on all the TVs.  We have also selected the highest package of DirecTV stream, so you should have access to all Sports channels and Movie channels you would want!

• This home was decorated and stocked with care and love.  We would appreciate it if you would treat it as such!  

• Unfortunately, due to some issues with previous tenants, we do require someone above the age of 25 to rent this home.
